Lick Rules!

Ofcourse we rule, we are freaking awesome but here is some guidelines you need to start following Razz

1. Know your fights, check sites like http://www.bosskillers.com/ or http://www.tankspot.com/

2. Be on time, show up if you signed and got into the group thats going, or let us know, even if you show up 5 min to late and tell us sorry its better than just ignoring the raid totally, if you do this you will be picked last when we build our groups for the raid in the future.

3. Take some constructive criticism, please dont feel its personal and get sad, its only to help

4. The breaks during raids are 1/hour or 1/wing, you can go afk on other times for good reasons (kids/pets etc) but we will leave you behind, I think its fair, you can go but you cant have a hold raid wait on you.

5. When wipes comes along, dont go afk and wait for others to release and ress you, if we are releasing everyone should do it, if someone got a soulstone or such, please let everyone know asap and then you can all wait for resses

6. Raiding isnt free epix, buy those awesome craftable items, run heroics to boost yourself. Bring flasks, food, pots to raids. I know some dont need to do it but since some do everyone should

7.Be casual/hardcore, that was what we wanted from the start, no kindergarden, no hardcore "you cant talk or kill the critter rules". have fun but still do our job

8. Know your class and help others, fill in on the Lick member facts threads, go read elitist jerk class mechanics --> http://elitistjerks.com/f31/

9. If you aint signing or showing on a majority of the raid during weeks time you will be demoted to casual member, no matter reason

10. Once a group is up, it will not change unless someone back out, no matter who signs up after this. People who can go both days will be picked before those who just can go one day.

11. Dont join in other 10-man raids unless you are sure you wont go on them with us, this goes for your raiding characters in Lick guild

12. You can only change your main/role every 6 months (this might be changed to a longer time in the future), if you absolutely want to change it before this you have to have a really good excuse, Im tired of my character/tanking/healing/dpsing aint cutting it, Only your main will be invited to big/hard/new raids.

13. If you offspecc roll for loot in Ulduar we expect you to be ready to use it when we need it, doesnt matter if none else wants it, shards can buy us a tank/healer/dps for a few hours, dusty gear in your bank cant

15. Think about what you are doing IRL, drinking until you can keep your eyes open, spilling coffee all over the keyboard, having loads of people running around you and distracting you is not good ideas and will make the rest for the raid suffer (not saying you cant drink either alcohol or coffee just think about the amount and not to have to many distracting things around you)

16. Dont chatter to much on vent, we are pretty casual when it comes to vent but the raidleader must be able to take care of tactics and everyone should be able to scream out stuff about the fight on bossfights without someone chattering about other stuff and interrupting, use Zwei as a good example, he can chat and have fun on vent but keeps to raid stuff during tactics and bossfights.

17. I know this might come as a surprise but it has been known that vanity pets (and also normal pets but they cant be done much about) is distracting tanks during bossfights, be kind keep them off during those times and up in between if you wanna show them off.

18. Think of raiding as a dinnerparty with friends and family, use same ethics, think about your language and behavior, the raids are not there for you alone and remember everyone is different, dont do anything you wouldn't do at the dinner party

19. Decline or accept the raids, please dont just ignore them, ignoring them is seen as inactivity and might cause a demotion or end of invites
